Production
Welding
There are 22 welding workstations at our disposal. The welding units are of ESAB 420 type mainly. There is a possibility to weld components up to mass of 20 000 kg.
Mechanical machining
Mechanical machining is carried out by 11 horizontal boring machines (see technical parameters). Also other machinery is at our disposal. We have possibilities for components machining of up to mass of 15 000 kg. Sandvik Company tools are being used.
Surface finish treatment
A possibility of heat-treating process can be done in cooperation with annealing. Paintwork and sand-blasting is carried out at two workstations, in our own technological premises, with total capacity sufficient for all the objects being treated.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out according to the technical documentation submitted, and on the client’s demand. We provide possibility of subgroup and of final products assembly as well. The company is also experienced in machinery assembly installations, provided at the client’s site, in Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, in Hungary, France, USA, and in Sweden, Italy, UK.
Quality
Quality is being carried out as an intermediate operation checking procedure, with the corresponding quality protocol issue for the client’s needs. Since the year 2002 the Company has got the Big welding certificate which is updated on regular basis. We respect both, the DIN standards, and the internal normative of our clients as well.
